Oakville water damage, fire & mould restoration
In Oakville, basement and wastewater flooding go to Halton Region (311 or 905-825-6000). Catch basin, ditch, creek and road flooding go to the Town of Oakville (905-845-6601). Call 911 if anyone is in danger. Guardian extracts the water, dries the structure and documents the loss.

Halton Region basement flooding subsidy
Halton Region's Basement Flooding Prevention Program covers 100 per cent of the materials and labour to disconnect weeping tile and install a sump pump, up to $6,500 for work completed after July 15, 2024. The home must be in Halton Region and connected to the Region's wastewater system (homes on septic systems are not eligible), and you must apply within one year of finishing the work. This is plumbing work, separate from restoration.
Where Guardian fits
A plumber, the municipality or the region deals with the pipe or sewer itself. Guardian deals with what the water has already reached: we extract it, map moisture in floors and walls, run monitored drying, and keep photo and moisture records for your insurer. We also handle fire and smoke damage and mould remediation.
